PLEASE NOTE: Our turnaround times are running a little over our standard 2 weeks at the moment due to the current situation. We are now working from home with limited space and staff. We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as we can but sometimes our standard turnaround times are just not fast enough – this is why we now offer two faster levels of processing times.
Remember: All of our products are hand-made to order, this means it needs to be made to your requirements before it can be packed up and dispatched – this is called processing time.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class – £3.00: The processing times for orders being posted by 2nd class are usually within 2 weeks, but it can take up to a week longer in busy periods such as the school holidays or during Christmas. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
- Royal Mail 1st Class – £5.00: We can process orders that have selected 1st class post a little quicker, usually within a week, but it can take up to 10 – 12 business days in busy periods. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
- Special Delivery – £10.00 (currently unavailable): choosing this option will ensure your order gets processed within 3 business days. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International Delivery Methods
All orders that are shipped internationally from us here in the UK will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. This may require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be available once your order has been dispatched.
- Europe: Shipping to anywhere in Europe is £10 and will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked (tracked shipping from the UK). This can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered from the time of dispatch.
- USA, Canada, Australia: Shipping is £12.50 and will also be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked Shipping. This is usually delivered within 2 weeks from the time of dispatch, but delays can occur at Customs.

If we have made a mistake with your order or your goods are faulty in some way, please let us know by contacting us. We accept returns for misprints and faulty goods within 7 days from dispatch. For more information on our returns policy please see our terms and conditions page.
