We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as we can, all of our products are made to order - to your individual size, colour and personalisation options. This means our processing times may be a little longer than if you were ordering from a website that offers pre-made goods.
If you need your order quickly or before a certain date - please contact us before or just after ordering and we can add a note to ensure we meet your deadline.
- UK Standard – £3.00 (Free on orders over £35): The processing times for orders being posted by free delivery are usually within 10 working days, but it can take longer in busy periods such as the school holidays or on the run up to Christmas. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
- UK Tracked – £6.00: We can process orders that have selected tracked post a little quicker, usually within a week, but it can still take up to 10 business days in busy periods. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
- UK Priority – £10.00: Choosing this option will ensure your order gets processed within 3 business days. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Sadly we cannot offer a same day dispatch \ next day delivery option.
International Delivery Methods
All orders that are shipped internationally from us here in the UK will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. This may require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be available once your order has been dispatched.
- Europe: Shipping to anywhere in Europe is £12 and will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked (tracked shipping from the UK). This can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered from the time of dispatch.
- USA, Canada, Australia: Shipping is £18 and will also be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked Shipping. This is usually delivered within 2 weeks from the time of dispatch, but delays can occur at Customs.

If we have made a mistake with your order or your goods are faulty in some way, please let us know by contacting us. We accept returns for misprints and faulty goods within 7 days from dispatch. For more information on our returns policy please see our terms and conditions page.
